For Directorate officers with a console account. Field roles sign in on the WelfareHub Field app with a code sent by SMS.

Your sign-in is recorded. Sign-ins, approvals, payments and exports are written to an audit trail the platform cannot edit. Never share your password.

Forgotten your password or locked out? Ask your Unit Lead to contact the Super Admin; the Support Desk never resets access.

One verified registry. Officials, volunteers, agents, mobilisers and focal points recorded once, de-duplicated and verified before anything is owed to them.
